By installing and using WizzyPoke, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our extension.

2. Description of Service

WizzyPoke is a Chrome extension that allows users to send "nudge" notifications to their friends while using WhatsApp Web, YouTube, and Netflix. The nudge feature shakes the recipient's screen to get their attention.

3. User Accounts

WizzyPoke generates a unique anonymous identifier for each user. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your browser and any paired connections.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use WizzyPoke to harass, spam, or annoy others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the extension
  • Use the service for any illegal purposes
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Share pairing codes with people you don't know

5. Free and Premium Plans

WizzyPoke offers both free and premium plans. Free users are limited to 3 nudges per day. Premium subscribers have access to unlimited nudges and additional features. Premium subscriptions are processed through Lemon Squeezy.

6. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your premium subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at wizzypoketeam@gmail.com.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

WizzyPoke is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WizzyPoke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Third-Party Services

WizzyPoke operates on WhatsApp Web, YouTube, and Netflix but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp, YouTube, Netflix, or their parent companies.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of WizzyPoke after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to WizzyPoke at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users.
